adobe enhance vs topaz sharpen ai

I used Enhance in Lightroom Classic to reduce noise on a toucan photo. The noise was suppressed but I lost quite a bit of sharpness. I then tried Topaz Sharpen AI on the RAW file, using Out of Focus - Very Noisy (settings Remove Blur 34 and Suppress Noise 83). The result looked pretty good to...
